Hi everyone, updates to our restrictions as of midnight Sunday 22nd November.
Masks are still required indoors (I honestly didn't expect this to change)
We now have a capacity of 150 people, but how ever our facility has a area capacity of 100 people.
1 person per 4sqm
Groups of up to 20.
As before our group sizes and areas are as follows
Bootcamp area 20 people
Leg area 20 people
Upper body area 20 people
Powerlifting area 20 people
Up stairs mezzanine 20 people
This means the booking system will be no longer needed as of midnight tonight.
Kids area will not need bookings either.
All these changes are greatly appreciated and were anticipated
Mask Rules With our rules and exemptions listed below we are trying to set rules and exemptions that are easy to follow with no loopholes and easy to manage.Masks are to be warn at all times with limited exceptions which are listed below. Any activity not listed in the exemptions is required to wear a mask at all times.(1) You are not required to wear a mask when using a stationary cardio machines at a strenuous intensity (Above walking intensity)(2) During instructed Bootcamp classes or Instructed Bootcamp Personal Training Sessions, During these Bootcamp Classes and Bootcamp Personal Training Sessions the Bootcamp area will be restricted to only those being instructed. Those participating in the activities that are exempt to wearing a mask, you are required to wear a mask up until your activity starts and once again required to put your mask back on immediately when activity ceases. There is to be No movement out side of the bootcamp area with out a mask for example If you are in a Bootcamp class and need to attend the bathroom you are required to put on a mask before exiting the Bootcamp area.I don't want to set to many exemptions to the mask wearing rules as I feel they would actually breaking the directive from DHHS and policing it will honestly be a nightmare, when I spoke to DHHS it was pretty clear on what our rules were to be.As we experienced before lock down No2 masks suck when training, intensity levels have to be reduced, its not great but at least we can operate. If you want to discuss any information above feel free on contacting me directly, My direct phone number is 0423327693
No Towel No Train! With our reopening some rules will have to change, small, simple and yet extremely important 📷 NO TOWEL NO TRAIN 📷 For hygiene purposes we have a strict policy that for EVERYONE it is COMPULSORY to bring a towel and USE IT every time you attend our facility. As a gym we do our best to keep our equipment clean but we ask you respect this and your fellow members too by doing your part. If you rock up without a towel you won't be able to use any gym equipment, this is purely to look out for everyone's health and well-being.Our top tips would be to always keep a towel in your car as well as your gym bag / handbag so essentially you have one every where you go for even those last minute gym sessions in the afternoon or those early mornings where we are sometimes half asleep and may forget. 📷
