Superhero Day

Superhero Day

Bens Army already believed all our clients were super, but when it came to a day where dressing up would be helping to lighten the load for children with life-limiting illnesses, we seen just how super our GYM family really is. Our mums pulled up their batt man socks and capes, teen’s painted on fake thor beards and dads who already owned a superhero tee-shirts, ironed it out for the day all in the name charity.

I am not sure who enjoyed our Mothers Group Bootcamp more, the mums who got to wear capes and tutus or their kids who were cheering “yay batman won that sled race” or “go sipderman, go!”

I think the kids approved of having superwomen babysit them in mothers group!

The training session were funnier then normal as everyone used their fake muscles to pose for strong lifting photos or acted if they were breaking the experiment.

Double ups were bound to happen, Superman is a clear winner!

Working Out in a superhero costume is less fun then you think it would be although it makes you look pretty awesome!

Edna Mode from The Incredibles would say… “NO CAPES” and she was right capes are not easiest attire to exercise in

By day the green arrow goes by the name of Doug and undertakes very civilian activities like bricklaying but by night he is Green Arrow, a vigilante superhero who fights crime using archery, martial arts and technology. He lives in sin city and is a wealthy playboy and billionaire industrialist turned outspoken socially-progressive politician. (Doug Wishes
