obviously, its a cold and chilly winter and we are noticing a recent spike in sick members recently, the first question we ask “are you taking your essential 5’s (magnesium, Zinc, D3, Fish oils and vitamin C) and 9 times out of 10 they answer NO.

Since we live in a very overcast and cold climate in winter we get no Vitamin D and our foods are so mineral deficient these days and then add in the amount of stress we have these days our poor bodies immune systems are just plain poor.
